Hello! My name is Suyan Souen, I'm the creator of the Glutesculpt©® Customize your Body method as well as one of the most important names in the Brazilian fitness scene. With 20 years’ experience in this field, I have a graduate degree in strength training from FMU (Faculdade Metropolitana Unidas) and an undergraduate degree in physical education from PUC (Pontifícia Universidade Católica).
I have already worked as an instructor and personal trainer in large gym chains, where I began to develop my own training method during the weight training classes. I was a classic dancer for ten years and, due to an injury, I started my long, in-depth research on strength training as a way of avoiding injuries in sports and dance. It was then that I fell in love with weight training and began my trajectory in bodybuilding.
That experience has given birth to the Glutesculpt©®method, which aims to work the gluteal muscle in a highly efficient manner, leaving it with a more compact, stronger look. The results show up in four to six weeks.
I currently live in Miami and dedicate myself to private training advice, in-person or virtual personal trainer classes (the client can choose either private or semi-private group classes with a maximum of 4 students) and special Glutesculpt©® classes, either in person or virtual, using the Boot Camp application.
