Glutesculpt© is a highly efficient method for gluteal training. It is capable of toning and strengthening the gluteal muscle, leaving it with a more compact, stronger aspect; the results show up in four to six weeks.
The GluteSculpt© has been completely based on the biomechanics of movement, with specific ground positions, a unique training advantage. Classes are high-intensity, short-duration (30-45-minute) sessions with series of isolated and combined exercises, depending on the student’s level.
The classes, divided into three levels and indicated for people with some weight training experience*, keeps a specific count, which leads the student to maintain muscle contraction longer, thus increasing fiber recruitment and optimizing the results.
Each level has a minimum duration of four weeks. Students must take two classes a week, with a two-day break for muscle recovery. To maintain the result, the best thing is to purchase the new videos and/or in-person classes every four weeks so that the body will not adapt to the movement and will keep showing results.
